Occasionally students sign up for a class and find that they are better suited to a more advanced or more basic class. Our policy is very simple. We want to do everything we can to help you learn photography. We offer a store credit so that you can exchange a class anytime if you find that the class is not suitable to your needs and goals. If you need to cancel your class, we would appreciate it if you could let us know 3 business days in advance.
For private classes, we require a 72 hour notice for changes or cancellation. Please understand that we have to allocate resources and time slots for your class. If you contact us at least three (3) business days prior (excluding holidays) then we will be happy to re-schedule your class at no charge. If it is within the 72 hour period before your class, then you will be invoiced for your class.
